1. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your order within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note that processing time may be extended during sale periods, pre-orders, or if there are product stock issues.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • International Shipping: Rates vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.

4. International Shipping, Customs & Import Duties
If you order from outside [Your Base Country/Region], please note that customs duties, taxes or other import fees may apply when your package arrives in your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your shipping costs. Delays due to customs clearance are also outside our control.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number (if provided by the shipping carrier). You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Other Conditions

  • We currently ship international.

  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays unless explicitly stated.

  • In the event of an accidental wrong address or inability to deliver due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information, additional fees may apply for re-shipment.

  • If your order includes items that are on pre-order, back-ordered, or subject to a promotional delay, we will clearly mark them and notify you of any extended dispatch times.
